Member's Teleoperation vision

Platoon formation and management can serve 1 remote driver per 1000 cars. On the fly recognition and definition of platoon as well as implementing traffic policies whether connected to geographic location or to the platoon entity.
Telop capabilities enable new opportunities, such as the possibility to design (central controlled) traffic with no traffic jams, with adaptivity to the demands and current traffic loads, and fast automatic recovery from unexpected situations.
The group designs platoon management algorithms to realize the vision, including traffic policies enforcements, scheduling and automatic recovery.

Member's activity within the consortium

Platoon automatic definition management and usage for the q remote driver per 1000 cars vision. Including enforcing traffic policies on platoons such as following the behaviour of the leader, and scheduling, such as virtual traffic lights.
